Welcome to Canadian LED Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services and website www.canadian-led.com. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Company Information

Operating across Canada and the United States.

We specialize in LED screen rental and sales, including delivery, installation, and maintenance.

2. Services Overview

We provide two types of services:

  • LED Screen Rentals – including delivery, installation, and teardown.

  • LED Screen Sales and Installations – including installation and a 2-year warranty covering both parts and labour.

3. Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking or order.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service.

  • We accept the following payment methods: e-transfer, direct deposit, cheque, and Visa.

  • Late payments for rental services are subject to a $100 per day fee.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Rental refunds: 100% refundable if canceled 7 days or more before the event date.

  • Cancellations within 7 days: the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Sales: All LED screen sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Rental Equipment Responsibility

Once LED rental equipment has been delivered or installed, the client assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring safe operating conditions during use.

6. Technician Services

For rentals that require on-site technical support, we provide a professional technician at an additional rate of $350 per day.
This fee covers setup assistance, live operation, and troubleshooting during the event.

7. Warranty for LED Sales

All LED screens sold and installed by Canadian LED Ltd. include a 2-year warranty that covers both parts and labour.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or third-party repairs not authorized by the Company.

8. Delivery and Installation

All LED screen rentals include delivery, installation, and teardown as part of the rental price.
Our team ensures proper setup, calibration, and testing before the event.
For LED screen sales, installation and client training are included in the service.

9. Client Obligations

To initiate a project or rental, clients must either sign the official contract or submit the deposit payment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event or installation details, access to venues, and contact information to ensure smooth delivery.

10. Marketing and Portfolio Use

By engaging our services, clients grant Canadian LED Ltd. permission to use photos or videos of completed installations or events featuring our LED screens for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect client information such as names, emails, and phone numbers solely for business communication, service coordination, and billing.
We never sell or share personal information with third parties.
Our company uses trusted tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems to manage customer data securely in compliance with Canadian privacy regulations (PIPEDA).

12. Limitation of Liability

Canadian LED Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or equipment.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or rental in question.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by written notice.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled event or project start date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
