LED screens for stadiums, arenas & sports venues

A display plan for the game, the crowd and your event operations.

Canadian LED helps sports facilities and event organizers plan LED screens for video, sponsor content and compatible scoring graphics. We assess the audience, installation environment and control system before recommending a display layout.

More than a large screen

01

Arena video walls

Show team introductions, announcements and event video. For scoring or a game clock, define the controller, data feed and operator responsibilities before specifying the display.

02

Outdoor sports events

Plan a temporary or permanent display around spectator locations, daylight and site access. Outdoor equipment, support structures and power must be selected for the event environment.

03

Sponsor & fan content

Create space for sponsor creative, event schedules and audience messages. Replays and live video require a production feed; the LED wall alone does not supply cameras or replay operation.

Plan the complete system

What to include in your display brief

Visibility from the seating areas

Review the nearest spectators, farthest stands and viewing angles. Score digits and sponsor text have different readability requirements from full-screen video.

Indoor or exposed outdoor use

Confirm temperature, moisture exposure, daylight and installation location. Weather protection and operating limits are product-specific, not blanket promises for every LED panel.

Scoring & production integration

Identify your scoreboard controller, video switcher and source formats. Confirm compatibility and responsibility for scoring software, data integration and live production.

Mounting & service access

Plan structural support, maintenance routes and protection from impact where relevant. Rigging, electrical work and any venue approvals must be included or assigned in the project scope.

From the first brief to installation

01 / DISCOVERY

Show us the space

Send the venue, audience layout, indoor or outdoor location, desired screen area, existing scoring equipment and event or installation dates.

02 / PROPOSAL

Review the configuration

Compare display dimensions, panel specification, processing and mounting. The quote should identify included equipment and work, optional services and site responsibilities.

03 / DELIVERY

Agree on the handover

Confirm the schedule, commissioning checks, operator training and support contact. Warranty duration, coverage and any exclusions should be stated in the written proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Can an LED video wall replace a traditional scoreboard?

It may display score graphics with a compatible control system. Review the sport, timing requirements, controller outputs and backup plan before deciding how it will work with an existing scoreboard.

Are your screens suitable for outdoor stadiums?

Outdoor applications require equipment selected for the actual environment, mounting and operating conditions. Send the location and site details so we can discuss the appropriate specification.

Can you provide live replays?

A screen can display a replay feed, but cameras, switching, replay systems and operators are a separate production scope. Tell us which parts you already have and which services you need.

Do you offer screens for a single sports event?

Send the venue, date, audience area and content requirements to check rental availability. Our rental service area is Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan; logistics and scope are confirmed for each event.
