LED screens for event venues & conference spaces

A visual setup that works for the next event — and the one after it.

Canadian LED helps venues across Canada plan permanent LED video walls and supports event screen rentals in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Start with the room’s event mix, audience layout and production requirements to choose the right approach.

Match the display to your events

01

Conferences & presentations

Plan a screen layout for slides, speaker video and sponsor branding. Fine text, camera feeds and mixed content need to be reviewed at the audience’s actual viewing distances.

02

Performances & celebrations

Use an LED backdrop for performance visuals, event branding or video. Coordinate the display with stage lighting, camera positions and the production team’s signal plan.

03

Community & multi-use spaces

A shared room may host meetings, cultural events and celebrations. Consider flexible input connections, brightness presets and a workflow that venue staff can operate consistently.

Plan the complete system

What to include in your display brief

Permanent installation or event rental

Compare how often the venue needs a screen, available storage, staffing and installation constraints. A rental quote should state delivery, setup, operation and removal responsibilities.

Room layout & sightlines

Account for stage height, audience seating, columns and nearby fixtures. Review the display’s width, height and viewing distance alongside the content plan.

Video sources & live production

List presentation laptops, cameras and playback sources. Switching, audio, live streaming and on-site operation are separate items unless included in your proposal.

Access, rigging & schedule

Share loading access, setup windows, power availability and approved support points. Coordinate the LED installation with the venue manager and other production suppliers.

Show us the space

Send the venue city, event dates, audience size, room plan, screen dimensions, content sources and any stage or production requirements.

02 / PROPOSAL

Review the configuration

Compare display dimensions, panel specification, processing and mounting. The quote should identify included equipment and work, optional services and site responsibilities.

03 / DELIVERY

Agree on the handover

Confirm the schedule, commissioning checks, operator training and support contact. Warranty duration, coverage and any exclusions should be stated in the written proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Should our venue buy or rent an LED screen?

Regular use may justify a permanent system, while occasional or changing events may suit rental. Compare the full scope, including staffing, storage, maintenance and installation, against your event calendar.

Can the screen show slides and live camera video?

Yes, with an appropriately specified signal and processing setup. Send the source devices, presentation formats and desired layouts so switching and scaling can be planned.

Is stage, sound or lighting included?

Only services listed in the proposal are included. Tell us whether you need stage or truss rental, live streaming, operators or coordination with your existing AV provider.

Where do you provide event rentals?

Our rental service area covers Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, subject to dates, equipment availability and logistics. Permanent LED screen sales are offered across Canada.

What affects the quote?

Screen area and specification, event duration, access, mounting, power, staffing, transport and production requirements all affect the scope. A floor plan and event brief help us prepare a useful proposal.
