LED displays for schools & universities in Canada

One screen for assemblies, presentations and the moments that bring your school together.

Canadian LED helps education teams plan LED video walls for gymnasiums, auditoriums and shared campus spaces. Start with your room, seating plan and everyday content so the display fits the way staff and students will actually use it.

Built around the school day

01

Assemblies & graduations

Display presentation slides, student work, video and live camera feeds in a shared gathering space. Plan text sizes and sightlines for the back rows as well as the front.

02

Gymnasiums & school events

Use a video wall for announcements, school branding and event content. If you need scores or a game clock, identify the scoring system and operator workflow before selecting the controller.

03

Auditoriums & campus spaces

Support lectures, performances and campus communications. A large LED wall is one option; smaller rooms and close-up teaching spaces may be better served by a commercial display.

Plan the complete system

What to include in your display brief

Readability comes first

Share the closest and farthest seats, typical slides and the smallest text you need to show. Screen dimensions and pixel pitch should be assessed together.

A safe, practical location

Review wall construction, mounting height, service access and potential ball impact in a gym. Protective measures and structural requirements belong in the project scope.

Staff-friendly operation

Plan how laptops, presentation software and other sources connect. Discuss startup, shutdown, brightness presets and operator training with the people who will use the system.

Installation around your calendar

Tell us about school breaks, access restrictions and available power. The proposal should clarify installation responsibilities, commissioning and support.

From the first brief to installation

01 / DISCOVERY

Show us the space

Send the school location, room photos, screen area, seating distances, intended content and preferred installation dates.

02 / PROPOSAL

Review the configuration

Compare display dimensions, panel specification, processing and mounting. The quote should identify included equipment and work, optional services and site responsibilities.

03 / DELIVERY

Agree on the handover

Confirm the schedule, commissioning checks, operator training and support contact. Warranty duration, coverage and any exclusions should be stated in the written proposal.

Frequently asked questions

What size LED screen does a school gym need?

There is no single standard size for every gym. Share the room dimensions, viewing distances and content. We can then discuss a layout that supports readable text and appropriate sightlines.

Can the screen show a scoreboard?

A video wall can display compatible scoring graphics, but a scoring controller or software feed must be specified. Confirm the sport, existing scoreboard system and how staff will operate it.

Can an LED wall replace a projector?

It may be an option for a shared hall or auditorium. Compare ambient light, viewing distances, text readability, installation space and total project cost before choosing a system.

Do you work with school districts?

We have school projects in our portfolio, including the Greater St. Albert program. Send the number of sites, procurement requirements and installation schedule for a scoped proposal.
